06 and 07 June: Honorary Symposium for Prof. Dr. Virginia Richter: A Million Atoms of Soft Blue: Rethinking Water and Littoral Space in the Humanities

On the 6th and 7th June we will hold a workshop to mark the culmination of the SNF project "The Beach in the Long Twentieth Century", and also to mark Professor Richter's move from the English Department to the Rectorship of the University. The workshop takes place over two days on 6th and 7th June, and will be make up of four sessions, the fourth being the keynote lecture. Students who attend one or more of these sessions may count it towards a guest lecture (each session counting as one guest lecture).
